Dropped by Juno Hoslow along with Hoslow's Petal Whip as part of the final contract for the Volcano ManorGrace Questline. Juno Hoslow is a Hostile NPC that you can invade after progressing through the questline. His invade rune be found in the northern Mountaintops of the GiantsRegion, east of Shack of the LoftyLandmark. Completing Diallos's questline rewards the player with Diallos's Mask, an alternate headpiece missing the twin tails. Alternatively, he can be killed for the mask earlier, when found in Liurnia of the LakesRegion.
