Found inside a chest. From the garden section where you encountered the hostile NPC Moongrum Carian Knight, go through the gate to the South into the small balcony area with the Glintstone Sorcerer and Wandering Nobles, follow the eastern wall and jump over the balcony railing onto the small ledge outcropping. Follow the path into the nearby alcove, and then climb the ladder. The chest is inside the room at the top of the ladder, guarded by 3 Glintstone Sorcerers and a Lesser Mad Pumpkin Head. Sell Value: 500 Runes. Reduces Sorceries FP costs by 15 , but increases damage taken ( 5 ). Poise
