Notes
The Imp Head (Corpse) Helm can be found in Leyndell, Royal CapitalDungeon at ground level relative to the main avenue, in a dark alley south of the main road and against the eastern rampart wall:
Leyndell, Royal CapitalDungeon: Start at the Avenue BalconyGrace site of grace and take the stair to the southeast, onto the main road running through the city. Follow the road northeast until you reach the large door at the eastern edge of the city and turn right, then head south along the wall until you reach the item.
Alternatively, start from the East Capital RampartGrace site of grace [Elden Ring Map here] take the stair to the west. Take the right path, and make a short drop onto the lower path. On the short descending staircase that you land on, drop safely towards the west onto a rectangular golden rooftop. Drop down north towards a corpse holding a Golden Rune (9), and if you jump down north again, there will be a corpse with the item on it, guarded by two soldiers. [Elden Ring Map here] Video Location
Like many other items in LeyndellRegion, it becomes unobtainable once Maliketh is defeated and the city turns to ash.
