The Imp Head (Corpse) Helm can be found in Leyndell, Royal CapitalDungeon at ground level relative to the main avenue, in a dark alley south of the main road and against the eastern rampart wall: Leyndell, Royal CapitalDungeon: Start at the Avenue BalconyGrace site of grace and take the stair to the southeast, onto the main road running through the city. Follow the road northeast until you reach the large door at the eastern edge of the city and turn right, then head south along the wall until you reach the item. On the short descending staircase that you land on, drop safely towards the west onto a rectangular golden rooftop.
