Description
Ancestral Follower Shaman is an Enemy in Elden Ring. They can be heard singing throughout the Ancestral WoodsGrace in Siofra RiverDungeon. Their singing produces a glowing blue aura that grants a buff to nearby Ancestral Follower allies. When they are confronted alone they will stop singing and attack the player with an Ancestral Infant's Head and melee with their hand.

Can be noticed from far distance due to her singing
When engaged, will either use Ancestral Infant's Head to spread fog dealing Magic Damage or attack with bare hand dealing Strike Damage.
Can be poise broken and riposted afterwards
Weaker to Physical-type damage more than to Elemental-type damage
Highly resistant to Status Effects
