Assassin can be found only during 2nd part of Bloody Finger Hunter Yura questline. Invasion sign is located North-east of Main Academy GateGrace site of grace (Raya Lucaria AcademyDungeon), on a broken bridge. Wears Raptor's Set and uses Raptor Talons infused with Raptor of the Mists Ash of war. Damage: Slash, Pierce. Inflicts: Hemorrhage. Can heal once. Can throw Fan Daggers. Interestingly, he uses the Kukri throwing animation, so they are much more telegraphed Tarnished-type enemy, therefore Status Effects - Madness including - are useful. Can easily be stunlocked to death if both you and Yura attack at once.
