Description
Giant Bat is a Wildlife Creature in Elden Ring. Giant Bats are hostile creatures with large wings that allow them to fly. They are most commonly found at nighttime, in the open fields or in caves.

Often found in groups, so try to engage a few at a time.
They have a ranged sound based attack that they will use if you are out of range so don't stray too far. They also have a grab attack, signalled by them spreading their legs out wide, where they bite at your throat, causing slight Hemorrhage build-up.
Gravity magic like Gravity Well and Gravitas can bring them to the ground and stun them briefly.
The Giant Bats in the Mountaintops of the GiantsRegion have a different under-wing pattern and coloration. These do more damage and drop more Runes.
In the Network Test, they may have behaved similarly to the Chanting Dames, singing haunting melodies. This was left out during release.
