Description
Old Knight Istvan is an NPC in Elden Ring. He can be used as an NPC Summon. His sign is just outside the Demi-Human Chief boss arena of the Coastal CaveGrace as long as he is not killed. He is also one of the assassination targets assigned to you by the Volcano ManorGrace. You can find the summon sign to invade his world in StormhillLandmark.
Notes
Where to Find Old Knight Istvan:
You can summon Old Knight Istvan as an NPC Summon in the Coastal CaveGrace before the Demi-Human Chief (Duo) boss.
You can invade Old Knight Istvan at StormhillLandmark, next to the Divine BridgeGrace (part of the Volcano ManorGrace invasion requests). [Elden Ring Map Link]
Wields a Dismounter with the Gravitas skill.
This skill leaves him vulnerable, as he has to stand still to perform the attack. Interrupt with a Jumping Heavy attack or stay at a distance and use spells or any other ranged options.
Like all Tarnished NPCs, he is vulnerable to Madness and likely Death Blight.
