Old Knight Istvan

Istvan is one of a few wizened Tarnished who survive to this day.

Wields a Dismounter with the Gravitas skill. This skill leaves him vulnerable, as he has to stand still to perform the attack. Interrupt with a Jumping Heavy attack or stay at a distance and use spells or any other ranged options. Like all Tarnished NPCs, he is vulnerable to Madness and likely Death Blight.
