Raya Lucaria Knight

Knights, named for the cuckoo feather on their helmets, who faithfully serve the Academy of Raya Lucaria, and were given free rein to wage war as they please. Like their masters, they use various sorceries for combat, but they are more skilled in melee combat.

Mounted Cuckoo Knights use a variant of the Glintblade Phalanx spell, which creates three magic glintblades overhead that automatically seek targets once in range. They lose this ability once dismounted. Cuckoo Knights wielding Knight's Greatswords have the typical sword-wielding knight moveset, but will generally initiate combat with the Scholar's Armament spell, which imbues their sword with extra magic damage for a short time. Cuckoo Knights wielding Partisans have the typical spear-wielding knight moveset, but are also capable of using the Ash of War: Glintstone Pebble skill, allowing them to cast a small magical projectile from their spear and chain it into a deadly long-ranged thrust.
