| Description | |
The Silver Tear makes mockery of life, reborn again and again into
imitation.
Perhaps, one day, it will be reborn a lord. | |
| Notes | |
Each Silver Sphere in Nokstella
will always drop a
Larval Tear
upon defeat, but only once.
Unlike Silver Tears, Silver Spheres are not weak to Lightning
damage.
Oddly enough, the Silver Sphere in Nokstella hanging from the
ceiling from which many
Silver Tears
drop is hostile to those Silver Tears, and will kill them all if the
player keeps their distance.
The large metal rolling balls that are summoned out of nowhere in
CaelidRegion
use the same model as the Silver Spheres, and disintegrate upon
missing the player or encountering an obstacle.
They also do not
drop
Larval Tears.
They are included on this page because they are visually
indistinguishable, even though their function and behavior in the
game is quite different.
Unlike the ones in CaelidRegion, the metal ball trap in
Raya Lucaria AcademyDungeon
is not a Silver Sphere at all, and is instead completely smooth.
It
also continuously respawns until the player kills the
Glintstone Sorcerers
upstairs that are summoning it; again unlike the ones in CaelidRegion, which do not actually respawn until the player rests at a
Site of Grace.
Despite their size, is very easy to block with a shield.
Terrain such as the sides of stairs or the edge of a pillar can
easily block its ramming attacks while allowing you to attack them
from safety.
