Found on Blackguard Big Boggart. Blackguard Big Boggart can be initially found in the Liurnia of the LakesRegion swamps at the Boilprawn ShackGrace. He then later moves to LeyndellRegion in the outer moat near the Capital RampartGrace. The shop unlocked is within the Bell Bearing Shop 2 submenu. If you complete Blackguard Big Boggart's questline, this bell bearing will be on his body considering he dies at the end of it. There is no purchase limit on Boiled Prawn or Boiled Crab. Boiled Prawn gives a 15 physical damage reduction and Boiled Crab gives a 20 physical damage reduction (before other damage mitigation factors), and both last 1 minute.
