Stormveil CastleDungeon. Found in Stormveil CastleDungeon, atop a pile of corpses in a room adjacent to a Grafted Scion mini-boss. After unlocking Roderika's Spirit Tuner abilities, the Crimson Hood will be in the Memento's place when players return to this point of the Stormveil CastleDungeon.
