Make sure you remember who you gave this scroll to since you will need to return this character in order to purchase or obtain these specific spells. Once you have given the scroll, these spells will only be available from that character. Choosing to give it to either character will not affect any questlines or have any additional consequences. There are no additional benefits to giving them to any particular character. The available characters you can give it to are learned sorcerers which are capable of unlocking special Sorceries.
