Can be given to a learned cleric to gain access to the following
incantations:
- O, Flame
- Surge, O Flame |

Liurnia of the LakesRegion: Found on a corpse in a Fire Monk outpost in the southern
landmass.
Start by the Liurnia Lake ShoreGrace Site of Grace (next to the
Nomadic Merchant), then go a bit along the cliff to the NW, till you reach a
Spiritspring.
Take it up.
If you follow that plateau west, you'll
find the fire priest camp and this item. |
