Start by the Liurnia Lake ShoreGrace Site of Grace (next to the Nomadic Merchant), then go a bit along the cliff to the NW, till you reach a Spiritspring.
Take it up.
If you follow that plateau west, you'll find the fire priest camp and this item. |
