Iron Whetblade

Iron whetblade with a cipher engraved. Can be used as a whetstone knife. When applying an affinity using ashes of war, an additional affinity of heavy, keen, or quality can be chosen.

Stormveil CastleDungeon. Can be looted off a corpse that can be found in the large armory room, through the north-western door in the hall with the Grafted Scion. You will need to use the Stonesword Key on the imp statue to dispel the white fog that's blocking the doorway. If you've missed this item: From the Rampart TowerGrace Grace, head south all the way down the hall and take the lift on the left (east side) down and head north into the great hall with all the hanging bodies and the Grafted Scion, where you must immediately turn left (north west) and take the door out too a courtyard. Here you will see the imp statue locked door mentioned above
