The Lord of Blood's Favor is found by progressing White Mask Varre questline past LimgraveRegion, and talking to him at the Rose ChurchLandmark in Liurnia of the LakesRegion. Players must get a Festering Bloody Finger from Varre and invade other players 3 times (You can invade and return to your world immediately). Talk to Varre again and accept to be knighted, and you will obtain a pure white oath-cloth and be charged with soaking it in the blood of a maiden.
