From the Grafted Scion boss arena cross the bridge leading to the chapel you began the game in. Take the stairs up to the chapel then go through the doorway to the right of the chapel doors which was locked at the start of the game. This item is located at the top of the stairs directly across from the archway into the second floor of the chapel. [ ] The Grafted Scion at the Chapel of AnticipationLandmark must be defeated to remove the Golden Fog Wall blocking the path to this item. This item is required to progress Nepheli Loux and Kenneth Haight's questlines.
