This Ash of War grants an armament the Heavy affinity and the following skill: Savage Lion's Claw: Skill of the particularly brave, even among the Redmanes. Somersault forwards, striking foes with armament. An additional strike may be performed with an additional input. Usable on swords, axes, and hammers (small armaments and thrusting swords excepted).

Compared to regular Lion's Claw, it deals overall more damage and has faster execution, but deals less Stance Damage and first input is weaker. Damage type depends of the weapon the skill was implemented into (f. e. with Rusted Anchor it will deal Pierce Damage). Wielding Freyja's Greatsword will increase the damage of this skill by 10 .
