From the Avenue BalconyGrace site of Grace, head down the stairs and pass through the gate, follow the railings on the left side up to the sleeping Commoner, from which the Teardrop Scarab should be visible down below. This can not be obtained in Leyndell, Ashen CapitalDungeon. Thunderbolt damage scales with weapon upgrade level, and character dexterity. Thunderbolt deals 100 Lightning damage.
