Ash of War: Thunderbolt

This Ash of War grants an armament the Lightning affinity and the following skill: Thunderbolt: Skill used by the capital's ancient dragon cult. Raise armament aloft to call down a bolt of lightning. Can be fired in rapid succession. Usable on all melee armaments.

Ash of War: Thunderbolt Location in Thunderbolt: Dropped by a Teardrop Scarab in Leyndell, Royal CapitalDungeon. From the Avenue BalconyGrace site of Grace, head down the stairs and pass through the gate, follow the railings on the left side up to the sleeping Commoner, from which the Teardrop Scarab should be visible down below. This can not be obtained in Leyndell, Ashen CapitalDungeon. Thunderbolt damage scales with weapon upgrade level, and Dexterity. Thunderbolt deals 100 Lightning damage.
