Can be found after heading down the stairs and taking the elevator, right after the fight with Godfrey, First Elden Lord (Golden Shade). From the Erdtree SanctuaryGrace site of grace, head west. Go down the stairs, take the elevator down, and head north down the stairs. Continue northeast and up another set of stairs. The scarab will be here.
