Received from Dragon Communion Priestess after giving her Thiollier's Concoction at night and progressing her questline. NOTE: Please be mindful that if you take these steps, you will lock yourself out of her other rewards: Flowerstone Gavel and Priestess Heart. Also note that the Gavel is her only reward which can be dropped from other players. See Steps. Progress through Thiollier's Questline until you get Thiollier's Concoction. Do NOT use it on yourself, or just buy more from his shop. Head towards the Grand Altar of Dragon CommunionGrace at the Dragon's PitGrace and talk to the Dragon Communion Priestess exhausting her dialogues. Pass time to night. You will find the Dragon Communion Priestess praying. GIVE HER THE THIOLLIER'S CONCOCTION TO MAKE HER SLEEP. Pass time to day. (May need 2 days before she wakes up). Speak with the Dragon Communion Priestess and exhaust her dialogue. Climb to the summit of Jagged PeakRegion. Defeat Bayle the Dread (Summon Igon to ensure you get his loot too, but it's not necessary for the Incantation) Teleport to the Altar and talk to the priestess. She rewards you with Dragonbolt of Florissax and now you can also obtain the Ancient Dragon Florissax Spirit Ashes.
