After igniting the Forge of the GiantsLandmark and defeating Maliketh, Black Blade of Death in Crumbling Farum AzulaDungeon, return to Leyndell and it will be in ruins of ash. Travel to the Queen's BedchamberGrace and it's in the same spot as Blessing of the Erdtree was.
