One of Seluvis's favorite puppets. Use to summon the spirit of Nepheli Loux. Puppet of a warrior who was betrayed by her pure heart. Wields a Stormhawk Axe in both hands and uses the Thunderstorm skill. A diamond in the rough, deserving of special care lest its potential be squandered. Nepheli Loux truly was a warrior.

Can be collected in Caria ManorDungeon from Pidia if Nepheli Loux drank Seluvis's Potion. After advancing Ranni's questline to the point where you give her the Fingerslayer Blade and she departs from Ranni's RiseGrace, Seluvis will die. Now when you head down to revisit Pidia you will hear him pleading for his life from the puppets. After you arrive you'll find his corpse in the middle of three standing puppets (can't be attacked). His corpse has this puppet and Pidia's Ball Bearing. However if Nepheli didn't drink the potion, Dolores the Sleeping Arrow Puppet will be found instead.
