Affects the unique charged heavy attacks granted by roar buffs such as War Cry, Barbaric Roar, and Braggart's Roar. This talisman does not affect skills that simply refer to a charge (e. g. Ash of War: Charge Forth and Ash of War: Prelate's Charge). Does not affect projectiles, such as from Bows, the Frozen Needle, or the Dark Moon Greatsword.
