A talisman fashioned from a scale that embodies the aspects of various creatures. Said to have grown on the human body long ago. Reduces damage taken from critical hits. A vestige of the crucible of primordial life. Born partially of devolution, it was considered a signifier of the divine in ancient Times, but is now increasingly disdained as an impurity as civilization has advanced.

From the Underground RoadsideGrace site of grace, turn left and climb down the ladder on the right into a room full of imps and pipes. On the pipe at the right end from where you enter, you can drop down onto another pipe then down below onto the ground with two Giant Crayfish and the Mohg's Shackle. One door leads into the Leyndell Catacomb site of grace. From the Leyndell CatacombsGrace site of grace, head into the catacomb until you find a room with the flame-blowing stone imp column. Make your way into the room with the column, and hit it to make it rise up or lower down, then ride it up into a room with an Omen. The talisman is at the altar table behind it. Sell Value: 500
