Drops from Gowry after you kill him, only if he is crying about Millicent's death. Completing Millicent's entire quest line, by slaying or helping her at the end, will put Gowry in the crying state. Killing her earlier will also get Gowry into this state. Stacks multiplicatively with other incantation buffs, including Faithful's Canvas Talisman. Only affects damage; has no effect on support incantations. Sell value: 2,000. Sometimes, after finishing Millicent's questline with the good. ending and returning to Gowry, upon attacking him he will continuously turn into a bug, making it impossible to kill him to get Flock's Canvas Talisman until starting your next journey.
