You get it from aiding Needle Knight Leda in invading and defeating Hornsent after she chooses him as a target, you have to go back to the Highroad CrossGrace site of grace and talk to her after doing so and she will give the talisman to you. Assisting Leda here (and gaining the Lacerating Crossed-Tree Talisman) will prevent you from getting the Swift Slash Ash of War, as that is the reward for aiding Hornsent in this part of his quest. If you defeat Messmer in Shadow KeepDungeon, you will be unable to acquire this item as the Hornsent invasion / assist signs will disappear. Enhances dash (running light and heavy) attacks by 15 in PvE and 7.5 in PvP. Does not apply to Skill damage.
