This is a really effective shield especially when imbued with magic, 82.5 magic absorption is pretty effective against mages, while also only needing 11 Strength compared to the Silver Mirrorshield (89 needing 12 Strength 10 dex and 10 int) and Magic Carian Knight's Shield 88.75 needing 10 Strength, 10 dex and 15 int.
