The following location: Dropped by Maleigh Marais, Shaded Castle Castellan, a hostile NPC found in the fields west of The Shaded CastleDungeon. Weapon Skill:Impaling Thrust. This weapon can be infused with Ashes of War. Can be buffed by Magic or Consumables Antspur Rapier can be upgraded by using Smithing Stones. As this weapon has innate Scarlet Rot and can be infused with ashes of war it is possible to have Scarlet Rot, Blood Loss, and Poison on this weapon. This requires infusing the weapon with either Seppuku and choosing the poison affinity, or by infusing the weapon with Poisonous Mist and choosing the bleed affinity. This way, when you use the weapon art to buff the weapon, you have all 3 statuses at once. Pairs extremely well with another powerstanced Thrusting Sword. The powerstance Thrusting Sword moveset is unique in that the 2nd L1 in the combo utilizes a very fast triple hit from the right hand weapon (as opposed to attacking with both left and right in succession). This allows you to proc status effects extremely quickly, since you effectively double the number of hits with the weapon per button input. Sell Value: 200 been reduced, but only for PVP.
