Axe of Godfrey

Weapon of Godfrey, Elden Lord. It was broken in a battle fought as leader of the Tarnished during the Long March.

This weapon is symbolic of Godfrey's vow to conduct himself as a lord, later becoming an emblem of the golden lineage.

In the days of the past, a crown was warranted with strength.

The Axe of Godfrey weapon can be found at the following location:

• Obtained when unlocking the Remembrance of Hoarah Loux by handing it over to Enia at Roundtable HoldLandmark

• Weapon Skill: Regal Roar Charge a shockwave down that is similar to a phase transition on Godfrey The First Elden Lord. After the shockwave a buff similar to War Cry is applied to self, which changes the weapons heavy attack moveset momentarily untill the weapon buff wears out.

• This weapon cannot be infused with Ashes of War

• Can't be buffed by Magic or Consumables

• Axe of Godfrey can be upgraded by using Somber Smithing Stones

• Sell Value: 1000.

• NOTE: As of Patch 1.08, Colossal Weapons poise damage has been reduced.

• NOTE: As of Patch 1.09, the scaling values of this weapon were changed. Please refer to the Upgrades Table of this weapon below.

• Weapon interactions:

  • Testing shows that the Two-Handed Sword Talisman does not work when under the effect of Regal Roar.

  • Regal Roar first heavy attacks stomp move damage can be boosted with the Shattered Stone Talisman and with Divine Bird Warrior Greaves.

  • Roar Medallion and the Highland Axe boost the special heavy attacks under the effect of Regal Roar.

  • Regal Roar AOW shockwave can be boosted with the Warrior Jar Shard and the Shard Of Alexander.

• Regal Roar cannot be charged for extra damage.

• A Quality build is recommended for use.
