This weapon can be infused with Ashes of War. Can be buffed with Magic or Consumables. Broadsword can be upgraded by using Smithing Stones. This weapon does not have the one-handed poke heavy attack like other straight swords, instead having a horizontal slash. This is the strongest of the straight swords that can be infused and buffed, at the cost of slightly less range, slightly more weight, and lack of poking attacks. Sell Value: 100 Runes. NOTE: As of the Upgrades Table of this weapon below. Additionally, the running attack speed, first attack speed and speed of guard counter of straight sword has increased. The attack recovery time has also decreased. NOTE: Despite being one of the shorter straight swords, the Broadsword scales better with the Heavy infusion than the other straight swords.
