This Weapons effect may rarely trigger multiple times when striking multiple enemies. When power stancing, both weapons share the same timer and will not normally grant double Runes. However, on the somewhat rare occasion that both weapons deal damage simultaneously (appears to be possibly frame-perfect), they will grant double Runes.
