Can't be buffed by Magic or Consumables Chilling Perfume Bottle can be upgraded by using Smithing Stones. Deals pure Magic Damage despite its ingame description. Despite the Dex and Int scaling sharing the same value at several upgrade stages, the intelligence scaling is consistently higher. The damage can be increased further with the Perfumer's Talisman. The Chilling Perfume Bottle can have its Ashes of War changed. that can be applied to the perfume bottle. See usable Ashes of War.
