Duelist Greataxe

Greataxe designed for gladiatorial combat. Used by duelists who were exiled from the colosseum.

A weapon reserved for duelist champions, the charge attack is particularly ferocious.

The Duelist Greataxe weapon can be found at the following location:

• Potential drop In LeyndellRegion near the West Capital RampartGrace Site of Grace from the Duelist enemies near the colosseum. Follow the path with three trumpet-wielding enemies and a gargoyle. Continue passed them and over a set of stairs underneath a giant root. The enemy that drops this weapon is patrolling a nearby hill. This is not a guaranteed drop from this enemy.

• Can't be farmed after beating Maliketh, The Black Blade as the Duelists vanish afterwards.

• May drop from the Duelist in Sainted Hero's GraveGrace, but enemy does not respawn once defeated.

• Weapon Skill: Endure

• This weapon can be infused with Ashes of War

• Can be buffed with Magic or Consumables

• Duelist Greataxe can be upgraded by using Smithing Stones.

• As its description suggests this weapon has higher motion values with its charged R2s. The resulting damage can be comparable to colossal hammer type weapons within its class.

• Sell Value: 200

• Base drop rate is 4% (at 100 Discovery).

• NOTE: As of Patch 1.08, Colossal Weapons poise damage has been reduced.

• NOTE: As of Patch 1.09, the scaling values of this weapon were changed. Please refer to the Upgrades Table of this weapon below.
