Found on a stone platform attached to the cliffside southwest of the Tombsward CatacombsGrace Site of Grace, northwest of the minor Erdtree in Weeping PeninsulaRegion. Can be reached by dropping down from the area above the Tombsward CatacombsGrace. From the Tombsward CatacombsGrace grace, exit and curve around to the east, north, back west again and then south along the cliff edge until you get to the first large broken pillar. Drop down onto the area below where there will be three erdleaf flowers, and then almost due west, drop down onto the stone area. The shield is on a corpse at the end. Shield Skill: No Skill.
