Description
Long golden horn of the Oracle Envoys. Profoundly weighty, its blows are sure to be felt.
Originally an instrument, but one that cannot be sounded by a mere human. Or perhaps it is too early to sound the call.

This weapon can be dropped by the Large Oracle Envoy located early on in the East Capital RampartGrace in Leyndell, Royal CapitalDungeon. [Map Link]
It can also drop from the same enemies wielding it in Miquella's HaligtreeDungeon.
Weapon Skill: Bubble Shower
Blow on the horn to release a spume of magic bubbles. The bubbles float gently before raining down on the target.
This weapon cannot be infused with Ashes of War
Can't be buffed with Magic or Consumables
Envoy's Long Horn can be upgraded by using Somber Smithing Stones
With high faith this horn's unique skill deals decent damage to large targets like Placidusax.

Base drop rate is 4% (at 100 Discovery).
NOTE: As of Patch 1.08, Great Hammers poise damage has been reduced.
NOTE: As of Patch 1.09, the scaling values of this weapon were changed. Please refer to the Upgrades Table of this weapon below. Additionally, speed, range, recovery time and guard counter speed of Great Hammers weapons has increased.
As of Patch 1.12, the damage and poise damage of bubble shower has been significantly decreased.
