This weapon can be dropped by the Large Oracle Envoy located early on in the East Capital RampartGrace in Leyndell, Royal CapitalDungeon. It can also drop from the same enemies wielding it in Miquella's HaligtreeDungeon. Weapon Skill: Bubble Shower. Blow on the horn to release a spume of magic bubbles. The bubbles float gently before raining down on the target. This weapon cannot be infused with Ashes of War.
