Great iron wheel lined with flesh-flaying blades. Device of torture used by Inquisitor Ghiza. As the wheel spins it causes severe pain and blood loss.

The design was adopted for use as the iconic weapon wielded by Iron Virgins.

• Spinning Wheel has less Bleed Build Up per hit than normal attacks.

• Spinning Wheel doesn't trigger Winged Sword Insignia, Rotten Winged Sword InsigniaWinged Sword Insignia't trigger Winged Sword Insignia, Rotten Winged Sword Insignia, Millicent's Prosthesis, nor Thorny Cracked Tear.
