At 25 with Blood affinity and at 40 Arcane, the bleed build-up per hit is more than 120. In NG if you obtain it a second time and upgrade that one as well to 25 Blood and dual-wield them, a jumping attack will hit 4x, applying a whopping 480 bleed build-up per jumping attack. This will trivialize any boss not immune to bleed even in NG and beyond. In 1.09 this will do about 200 bleed, which is still good, but nerfed significantly. A full 2H charged R2 combo will do 300 bleed, if you can get it off. A good alternative to the above-mentioned strategy in NG (since you can only get one Godskin Peeler per NG-cycle) is a Blood Godskin Peeler and Eleonora's Poleblade, dual-wielded, fully upgraded. For a crazy amount of physical damage plus bleed buildup on an arcane build, infuse it with Sepukku aow and convert to to an Occult weapon.
