Capital.
The worship of the ancient dragons does not conflict with belief
in the Erdtree.
After all, this seal, and lightning itself, are
both imbued with gold.
Notes
From the West Capital RampartGrace site of grace in LeyndellRegion, walk north to the next room with the single guard inside. Jump over the balcony railing to get to the area next to the Fortified Manor with the dragon foot. It is dropped by the Leyndell Knight with the spear, who is supported by an archer Leyndell Knight. This seal will be lost if one progresses past Crumbling Farum AzulaDungeon. Skill: No Skill. This weapon cannot be infused with Ashes of War. Gravel Stone Seal can be upgraded by using Smithing Stones.
Buffs damage of Dragon Cult Incantations by 15 when equipped. Wielding two of the seals will allow the damage increase to stack to a roughly 32 damage increase. Dragon Cult Incants include: Ancient Dragons' Lightning Spear, Ancient Dragons' Lightning Strike, Honed Bolt, Frozen Lightning Spear, Lightning Spear, Lightning Strike, Fortissax's Lightning Spear, Lansseax's Glaive, Death Lightning and Knight's Lightning Spear. Similar buffs can be acquired from the Death Knight Set or Priestess Heart from the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. Sell Value: 100
