Can't be buffed by Magic or Consumables
The Hand Ballista can be upgraded by using Smithing Stones
You cannot carry more than 20 Ballista Bolts at any given time. While the Hand Ballista is stated to require 30 Strength to use, the actual requirement is only 20 Strength, as the weapon can only be fired two-handed. You cannot shoot bolts while mounted.
