Highland Axe

Single-sided axe used by the warriors of the highlands.

Brave combatants begin battle by crying out their names. Roars are enhanced by this weapon.

The Highland Axe weapon can be found at the following location:

• Location: Stormveil CastleDungeon. [Map Link] Video Location

• Looted off a corpse inside the fortress of the Grafted Scion. The body can be found resting under the large painting that's at the center of the room.

• Weapon Skill: War Cry

• This weapon can be infused with Ashes of War

• Can be buffed with Magic or Consumables

• Highland Axe can be upgraded by using Smithing Stones

• Passively increases the damage of Roars by 10% (except Roar of Rugalea). Stacks with the Roar Medallion, but does not stack with another Highland Axe.

  • Roar ability does NOT need to be equipped to this weapon in order for the buff to take effect, it can be applied from the offhand.

• Sell Value: 100.

• NOTE: As of Patch 1.08, the speed and distance of some attacks have been increased and the recovery time has been reduced. Also the stagger damage of Axes’ guard counters has been increased. PVP's poise damage has also been reduced with this patch.

• NOTE: As of Patch 1.09, the scaling values of this weapon were changed. Please refer to the Upgrades Table of this weapon below.

• Physical damage updated as of Patch 1.08.
