Iron Roundshield

An ordinary small roundshield made of metal. Heavier than a wooden shield, but boasts higher damage negation.

Finely balanced, this shield is easy to use.

The Iron Roundshield can be found at the following location:

• Starting equipment for the Bloody Wolf Class (not available in full release).

• Can be bought from the Nomadic Merchant for 900 Runes. He is located south-east of Coastal CaveGrace. [Elden Ring Map here].

• Shield Skill: No Skill

• This shield can be infused with Ashes of War

• Can be buffed by defensive Magic or Consumables

• Iron Roundshield can be upgraded by using Smithing Stones.

• Sell Value: 100 Runes

• The Iron Roundshield is wielded but not dropped by Skeletal Swordsmen. They drop a Scripture Wooden Shield instead.

• NOTE: As of Patch 1.09, the scaling values of this weapon were changed. Please refer to the Upgrades Table of this weapon below.
