This weapon cannot be infused with Ashes of War. Cannot be enchanted with Magic nor buffed by Consumables Magma Wyrm's Scalesword can be upgraded by using Somber Smithing Stones This weapon has a unique two-handed R2 shared with the Omen Cleaver. Sell Value: 500 Magma Guillotine is almost impossible to interrupt, and the first part of the skill makes the character crouch so you can avoid most horizontal swipes. The full combo has a really high motion value and can easily deal over 3000 damage. The first attack is not affected by Claw Talisman. Since the physical damage of this weapon has bigger base damage portion, it's best to level Strength up to 60 before you start investing in Faith. However, it is advisable to level faith up to 25 in order to use Golden Vow and Flame, Grant Me Strength. Its moveset has very small range when used with both hands, since its mostly used akin to a guillotine for jump attacks and heavy attacks. If you want more range, consider using it one-handed. The two-handed moveset, however, has a much faster R2 than would be expected of a weapon of its size - a useful tool in many situations the Upgrades Table of this weapon below. Additionally, speed, range, recovery time and guard counter speed of Curved Greatsword weapons has increased.
