Take the secret back entrance that Gatekeeper Gostoc recommends.
From the overlooking area where you'll find the Stormveil CliffsideGrace Site of Grace.
Head up the slope on the right and jump on the wooden path and steps that goes to the top.
Just before reaching the top of the platform, you'll find another corpse, midway of the steps, that you can pillage to find this shield.
