Rickety Shield

A creaky old wooden shield, circular in shape. Roughly reinforced with vines or some such.

There are countless other shields available of better make. This piece of scrap isn't worth the effort of equipping.

The Rickety Shield can be found at the following locations:

• Starting equipment for the Prophet class.

• Dropped by Demi-Humans that wield it. A good location to find them is going north from South of the Lookout TowerGrace site of grace in the Weeping PeninsulaRegion. There should be a group of four of them carrying this shield.

• Shield Skill: Parry

• This shield can be infused with Ashes of War

• Can be buffed by defensive Magic or Consumables

• Rickety Shield can be upgraded by using Smithing Stones.

• The lightest shield of the Small Shield class. While the shield has below average damage reduction and guard boost, it is handy for parrying and applying shield-type Ashes of War with bare minimum weight.

• Sell Value: 100

• Base drop rate is 2% (at 100 Discovery).

• NOTE: As of Patch 1.09, the scaling values of this weapon were changed. Please refer to the Upgrades Table of this weapon below.

The Rickety Shield can be modified by Ashes of War. Click below for a list of all possible Ashes of War that can be applied to the small shield.
