Serpent Flail

A flail with coiled snakes for bludgeoning heads. Fire roars within the snakes' bodies, inflicting horrible burns. Some of Messmer's army used these flails to burn hornsent to brand them with agony and fear.

Fog Rift FortLandmark: Head down using the ladder past the first tower, and defeat the enemies. Beware of the flamethrowers. Use spells or arrows if you have them. Reach the end of the area to find a chest that contains this item. Weapon Skill: Flare, O Serpent. This weapon cannot be infused with Ashes of War. Can't be buffed by Magic or Consumables. Serpent Flail can be upgraded by using Somber Smithing Stones. Its weapon skill receives a boost from the Winged Serpent Helm. Seems to be a callback to the Boom Hammer from Bloodborne.
