Incompatible with ashes of war that grant skills with an affinity.

The Smithscript Greathammer weapon can be found at the following location:

• Taylew's Ruined ForgeGrace: Use the giant platform in the middle to jump to the other side. Once there, keep moving forward and on the left side there will be a fire blob enemy protecting the item. Defeat the enemy and loot the corpse behind it to obtain the weapon. [See Shadow of the Erdtree Map] [Video Location]

• Weapon Skill: Endure

• This weapon can be infused with Ashes of War, ones that add a buff to the weapon excluded.

• Can't be enchanted by Magic nor boosted by Consumables

• Smithscript Greathammer can be upgraded by using Smithing Stones

• Strong attacks and dashing strong attacks spin and throw the hammer as a ranged projectile for zero FP

  • Two-handing increases projectile damage and is affected by Two-Handed Sword Talisman

  • Has a longer range than most Smithscript weapons, but damage is affected by effective range.

  • Arrow's Reach Talisman will not extend the range of thrown hammer but will reduce the damage falloff.

• Projectile damage is boosted by Smithing Talisman

• Jumping attacks cannot be used while one-handing in the offhand

• Sell Value: 100

• NOTE: As of Patch 1.13, increased poise damage of the swing portion of throwing attacks (the projectile is unchanged).
