Weapon Skill: Spinning Slash. This weapon can be infused with Ashes of War. Can be buffed by Magic or Consumables. Vulgar Militia Saw can be upgraded by using Smithing Stones. This is the only weapon in its class with base bleed buildup. As the only halberd class weapon with base bleed buildup, Vulgar Militia Saw can be used in conjunction with an offhand Forked Hatchet, an axe class weapon with light axe moveset and base bleed buildup, to rapidly inflict bleed up and stagger enemies. Sell Value: 100 Base drop rate is 2-4 (at 100 Discovery, but it depends on the location where you find the enemy). NOTE: the Upgrades Table of this weapon below.
